Mr. Arakaki is a litigator with over 20 years of experience. He concentrates his practice on commercial and real estate litigation and is experienced with business, real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, collection, and administrative law. Mr. Arakaki has litigated hundreds of cases in Hawaii State, Federal, and/or the Appellate Courts and has represented numerous clients in arbitrations, mediations, and agency actions and other legal matters.

Mr. Arakaki authored and taught a number of Hawaii real estate courses for attorneys and Hawaii real estate licensees. Mr. Arakaki is Vice Chair of the State of Hawaii, Real Estate Commission, and is the Chair of the Commission's Law and Rules Committee. Mr. Arakaki also has been and continues to be affiliated with other community organizations and professional organizations.

Mr. Arakaki has been admitted and qualified to practice in all Hawaii State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
