YLG handles the defense of cases for local and national insurance companies, and for local and national companies.  Such cases include the defense of claims for construction defects, design defects, commercial losses, property damage, pharmacy malpractice, personal injury, permanent disability and death. YLG also handles and resolves matters involving insurance coverage.  Such matters include the tender of defense and indemnity to insurance companies, declaratory relief actions relating to insurance coverage and claims for defense and indemnity for construction-related claims and environmental claims.
