Ms. Yoshimoto has experience in representing clients and resolving disputes ranging from slip and fall cases, premises liability, product liability, property damage, personal injury including death, brain damage, paraplegic cases, food-borne illness and medical cases, pharmacy malpractice supervisor/co-employee lawsuits under Iddings v. Mee-Lee, 82 Hawaii 1, 919 P.2d 263 (1996), and multi-million dollar subrogation cases.  Ms. Yoshimoto also has extensive background in construction litigation representing owners, developers, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction defect cases.  

Ms. Yoshimoto has successfully represented clients at trial, arbitration and mediation and is also an experienced arbitrator with the State of Hawaii Court Annexed Arbitration Program.  Ms. Yoshimoto previously taught Pretrial Litigation as Adjunct Faculty, University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law.

Ms. Yoshimoto has been admitted and qualified to practice in all Hawaii State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
